Jessica Campbell and her team are awesome. Since day one their customer service has been outstanding. They explain information where you can fully understand what you're purchasing, give information to help you make the best decision and quickly respond to any questions or concerns you may have and work just as quickly to help resolve issues. Worst experience with an insurance company ever. They lie and make you believe you have coverage and within the next month your mysteriously canceled. No correspondence or notice. I initially added wind/ hail to my flood policy and didn’t know I didn’t have wind/ hail until hurricane Ida. They had me add auto insurance to my policy and in less than a month I was cancel. Scammers, Wish I could have rated them 0 stars
