They will setup an appointment and don't show up .Then turn their phone off and don't return your calls are message not the first time. Either they don't show up or they always late.They have no respect for the customer's.

I PAID a deposit of 25.00 for Tuesday April 6 @ 8:00am. Was there for 7:50am 8:10 no one showed up, I called had to leave a voice mail. I called again at 8:30am She answered said she was on her way at 8:40am she called back and said she is not coming. I have never been treated like this by a stylist NOBODY SHOWED UP I finally left and got a text message hours later asking me why did I changed and say micros & not box braids? My price will change! What does it matter NOBODY came to do neither style. I was treated like It was my fault the owner or her Braiders came to work after taking my money for a deposit. I feel like the owner of the shop was suppose to step in and come do my hair. It's her name on the building & when you cal Jackie is the one answering the phone. And I WAS a regular customer this would have been my 5th time getting my hair done at this shop. I hope after reading this it leaves a bad taste in your mouth the lack professionalism to a regular client, I have no word for how I'm feeling I will never give them my business again & I hope no one else does either
