Extremely disappointed with Home Depot’s phone customer service (in another country outside of the US)! They read from a script and do not deviate from it. Evidently they also get to choose who can participate in the phone surveys by waiting for you to hang the phone up first.
I would strongly advise NEVER to make an online purchase for Online only items. You are unable to return/exchange in store and after a (short) period of time the online department will just tell you they are unable to refund order or give store credit/gift card.
I have spent a lot of money at Home Depot over the years and planned to use them for an upcoming renovation. However, they have just lost a customer. It’s so sad how these stores get too big and treat customers so poorly.

Update your credit card machines I had to use my personal account Brevard your machine would not read my business debit card that worked at other places today so I know it works... cashier said that everyone has issues just try 3 times and swipe the card ... my business account don't allow swipe the reason they have TAP and a CHIP .. fix your machines I can always go to Lowe's where I have no issue spending money

Went to the store to see if they have what I need, cause I really didn't want to get it online, I would rather face to face an employee of the store, but overall I love go in to see all the good deals
