I love the fact that they open @ 8am.The store is clean . Sometimes there is unpacked stock on certain isles which i avoid . I shop for specific items , therefore I'm in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The people that I meet are friendly & polite!? Their prices are good & they have frequent sales . It still is one of my favorite places to buy reasonably priced items .?10/05/23 I love Family Dollars stores b/ c I can always afford to shop there & have extra money left. I dropped in to check out how many new things I can see. The cashier was friendly & helpful & the store was well stocked .

The Morning cashier was such a pleasant to see ,With wonderful customer service welcoming and Offered me cart with a smile. Store is extremely clean, Everything in place.Definitely will be back again

Terrible customer service and disrespectful management. I live across the street from the store and their delivery trucks constantly hit my mailbox when backing out of their parking lot. Store management just denies it saying I have no proof. My mailbox is now split in half and laying on the ground and they just deny deny deny. Management is very disrespectful to customers and have no customer service skills.

The store is pretty clean, the parking lot can use some cleaning up but the workers are very rude.

This location always looks "picked over" , I don't know if I'm always dropping in after people have gone in to buy most of the products off the shelves or if they just do not receive enough in the delivery to restock the store.

I just have to say that the Family Dollar at 5252 Westbank Expy is the BEST!! I was there only yesterday. A very pleasant girl by the name of Brianna was working. There were no baskets so Brianna stopped what she was doing and helped me search. I bought 2 big storage boxes and she helped me put them in my car. That store could teach others. They are awesome everytime I go there

That family dollar was very clean no boxes all over the asides and the workers were very polite and nice I would recommend that family dollar to everyone I know.
