Highly recommend!!! My dog has super crazy hair and her cut and style was perfection. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent groomer.

Very Very Disappointing. Her hair was chopped up n not all was even done. Will not bring her bk to Petsmart again. Was n totally disgusted with her grooming if that's what u want to call it.

So I am torn to write this review. For those of you who know me I travel a lot for work and the last few trips my husband has gone with me and we've had to board our dogs. We're not happy with the place that we were boarding at the dogs never want to go there, they're sliding on the floor we have to force them to go in and it's not a good feeling as a pet owner to leave your dogs in that situation. We were recommended express pet by a friend of ours who said their dogs practically jumped out of the window of the car before They can get stopped to go here. I had to see for myself. She asked us to bring their food and a blanket and whatever toy that they like. When we arrived to the small shop. We were greeted by shay and her husband. Our dogs immediately went to scope out the area and look around in the different rooms and they didn't stop them. They were allowed to go roam the shop and then our two-year-old laid down and watched TV and then our other 14 yr old dog went in and laid down in the room where she boarded them together and After about five minutes of playing our dogs asked us when were we leaving LOL! They ignored us. I felt very comfortable to leave them. They were there for four days and when we went to pick up our dogs They walked to the car and got in. However when we got home we sensed a little snootiness towards us I think they were upset that we brought them home.They did not want to leave. They loved Shay and her husband. It took a day or two For them accept us again. I think they forgot who we were. WT.!

Excellent Groomer. I have a Yorkie puppy who is wild and crazy. Shay Did an excellent job in the cutting and styling and groomings. Her salon is clean And pleasant surroundings. I love how she takes care of my dog

Called me to get my shih tzu because he kept moving while being groomed. Took him to furry tail spa & they doing it with no problem. No dog sit there to be groomed. They all move around. Won’t ever refer this place to anybody! Gas prices are to expensive to be driving for nothing.
