Marrero store is always clean, they are helpful. They're always smiling & helpful. They have a manager, I think, his name is Sean.. He's Sooo nice & patient. He always explained things to me about what i dont understand. The other workers are always willing to help you with whatever you need. I refuse to go to any other location. Thanks, Marrero Cox cable. Keep up the good job..

The Manager, Anthony Bradley; and an employee Caesar are very rude and really lack customer etiquette. Anthony who is suppose to resolve or find solutions for customers. He is more focus on satisfying his staff then offering solutions. He even had the nervous to refuse to assist me and demand I leave or he will have law enforcement escort me out. When I did not cause a disruption are a distraction. I was interested in my mobile service getting fix or getting a new phone. He refused to service me and said I have two options : I can leave or law enforcement can escort me. Can the District Manager give me a call please by looking up my information. thank you I would not recommend cox mobile because they lack the knowledge to solve problems.

Cox sent 3 people technicians to my house to try to install internet and those lazy people kept giving me different excuses of why they could not do the task, worst experience ever lazy lazy lazy people they have for installers

I went to get a copy of my statement, although I get paperless statements, and she was so helpful and went beyond what I needed, I couldn’t read her name cause her hair blocked her name on shirt, but she was great and went beyond to help me, greatly appreciated her effort.

The most useless group of people ever.I received an email, telling me to bring in my remote to swap it out.Made it to the service center to do just that, and was told “they are out of remotes” In order for me to get a remote, I need to bring my equipment in and they can swap it out with a new remote.. WTH?? I have never heard of anything more ridiculous before in my life. Than I was told, to call customer service and request to have a remote shipped to me. I’m still confused because I was in the office, can’t understand why someone in that office (Caesar) could not make this right.Cox is the absolute worst in customer service. I’m checking into my other options for cable, internet and phone. Apparently, they do not value me as a customer, so it’s time I take my money somewhere else.
