Went to open a business account and get information regarding business credit cards, but unfortunately we were assigned to an un knowledgeable, incompetent staff. Wolff was rude assuming my husband and I were illegal's. We asked for a manager but she was equally unknowledgeable but at least she told us she was not specialized in business accounts. We took our service to Wells Fargo.

Tellers were very nice but manager very rude. So I had fraud on my account a couple of days back and they gave me a temporary credit while the transactions are in investigation but the manager does not let me use my funds for some reason, I came in and asked for a cashier check and gives excuses for not handing my money to me. Whats the whole point of giving a temporary credit if I can’t use my funds. Went in a Friday she said come back Monday can’t hand you funds today go back Monday same response. Good way to waste peoples time. Real bad manager

Great staff, always polite and professional. I did a transfer today and Lethu and her staff was great. They were very helpful. Transaction went very smooth.

It's 9:11am & they are inside laughing/talking, but the lobby is still CLOSED and the drive-up is packed. Not even a person to "courtesy alert" the drive up customers that they are "running late" opening up!!! Therefore, when u park your car to go in the lobby to find out WHY no one is working he drive thru, that's when you find out that their LOBBY STILL not open!!! This is ridiculous. They are supposed to open at 9AM!!! Do better, CHASE!!! Finally, 9:12, they open the lobby. Like it's "no big deal." I'm running late for work now....

Love chase but this location is always jammed packed! Only 2 tellers at the window with 15-20 plus customers in line! Inside atms are inky accepting deposits! CHASE HAS TO DO BETTER ! No one seems to help to get the lines down

Again I am at the Chase Bank- 4100 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, on a Saturday morning. Not many cars in the parking lot but it's filing up fast, there are only two tellers working inside. The line for that is long but moving smoothly. the inside is packed with people signed in waiting to sit with someone for various reasons. There are 10 mini offices and only 2 of them are opened for business. We made an appointment. Our wait time- 20 minutes. Ms Jana was our consultant and let me tell you, very very sweet, informative, took the time to explain things to my son (1st account). Jana West is the person you want to ask for.

The drive thru is almost always longer than lines inside.
