“EVERYONE STOP GOING TO THIS CARWASH IMMEDIATELY. THE MACHINE IS STEALING EVERYONE'S MONEY AND WHEN YOU GO TO GET HELP THE OWNER IS NEVER THERE. SO THE BRAKE TAG GUY COMES OUT TO TELLING ME HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CAR WASH. I WAS JUST TRYING TO LET HIM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON BUT I'M GUESS ITS BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN. HE TREATS ME LIKE PURE GARBAGE AND TELLS ME JUST BETTER HURRY UP AND START USING IT FOR IT RUNS OUT OF MONEY . HE WOULD HAVE NEVER DISRESPECTED A MAN LIKE THAT. SO I LOST OF $4 BECAUSE THE MACHINE WILL HOLD IT UNTIL IT DECIDES TO DROP IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SUPPORT THIS LOCAL CARWASH. ALWAYS LOOK FOR CAR WASHES NEAR YOUR NEIGHBORHOODS AND THERE'S A GREAT ONE AT VICTORY DRIVE & WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY IN WESTWEGO. ANOTHER ONE I USE IS WESTWEGO COURT NEAR MUGSHOTS BAR AND GRILL.

Great wash, but the vacuum policy needs work.
I’ve been really happy with the quality of the car wash itself — fast, efficient, and my car always comes out looking great. The staff is friendly, and the setup is super convenient.
However, I was disappointed to find out that the vacuums shut off at 5 PM. That’s a big downside for anyone who works late or can’t get there earlier in the day. It would be great if they extended the vacuum hours or at least made the cutoff time more clear.
Still a solid place overall, but this one issue keeps it from being perfect.”
