Capital one should be ashamed of themselves open for 3 hours on Saturday I got in the drive thru line at 11:55 the lady closed her blinds when she saw me. When calling and going to the branch it’s always rude customer service

Was being scammed, so the powers that be closed my accounts and are sending me my money to deposit elsewhere. Not overly thrilled to be treated like that after 30 plus years as a customer.

I am a Capital One Business Credit Customer. I have been considering moving my business checking accounts from Gulf Coast Bank to Capital One, but every time I call the branch no one ever picks up and I have not been available during lobby hours to visit in person. I went to the bank this morning to make a payment on one of my accounts. There were two workers standing at the entrance greeting customers. I was not greeted for some reason. The teller was very nice, no issues there. On my way out, I asked one of the workers if she was someone that could help me set up a business checking account. With an attitude, she looked me up and down and stated she was currently speaking to another customer standing 15 feet away. I apologized and asked if she had a business card. I was hoping to get a direct line since no one ever answers the branch phone number. As if annoyed, she reached for a business card with an attitude while saying "anyone can help you with that". I told her I would speak with someone else and walked out. I definitely won't be moving my accounts to Capital One now and won't be utilizing my Capital One credit anymore. One terrible "banker" can really have your business lose a loyal customer.

Drive through lady, not at the window but set back against an opposing wall, was very slow and more concerned with putting food in her mouth than cashing my check. It took a long time and she seemed intentionally slow. Maybe it was because I'm a white man and she may be racist. Regardless, with covid going around, I didn't like the thought of her mouth germs on my money.

We are out of towers who were just looking to get change to do a little laundry. The sign on the drive-through said "Non-account holders come inside to lobby." We did. Only to have them tell us if we didn't have an account, we couldn't get change. Cash for cash...no check involved.Nice welcome to town!

My grandmother almost got car jacked or robbed today around 1230. Some guy was waiting outside his car (while blocking her way) for her to dive her car up close to the only lane to leave the bank. He walked around close to the back of the bank. Luckily my grandmother didn't drive any closer and waited for the guy to get back in his car and drive off to leave her alone.The people who worked at the bank took too long to help my grandmother, which gave this strange man enough time to block her in the lane to leave the bank. I don't know if this attempted robbery was an inside job from one of the bank tellers or what, but the company might want to actually have security there. Or just be more meticulous in who the hire.Please be careful to anyone who goes to this particular bank.
