I was profiled by an incident at this location today. I called to speak with the manager at 3:38 pm today and he refused to give his name, let's start there! The cashier didn't do her job; I purchased the same size items, just different products. The first item was placed in a bag and the second item of the same size wasn't.(back to cashier) Older man at the exit asked to see my receipt, and I asked him do he checked everyone in this manner. He said yes. I have seen different OK! I frequent this location 5 to 6 times a month. I'm leaving the store and the person getting the carts, heard me speaking about the matter. He told me this is a new thing and the cashier is supposed to put everything in a bag, that can fit in a bag. This is the second time I have been profiled at this same location, just 10 years ago. I stopped shopping there for about 10 years and returned. NEVER AGAIN!! MONEY SPEND EVERYWHERE!!!! IGNORANCE IS THE FIRST STEP TO A RUIN BUSINESS.

The greeter was very courteous. Helped me get a power cart.The cashier was friendly and courteous.

Store is nasty and smelly. Had a run in with an employee Rachel, she doesn’t know how to talk to people, very rude and condescending. Heard her talking with another employee about someone who delivers there and to say it was unflattering is an understatement. She also referred to someone I’m guessing is her boss as a “fat b” and how she has the owner doing whatever she wants so that fat b can’t do her anything. She sounds like a nasty person perfect for this gross store.

Please reopen the two stores that was closed after Ida. The sale items a pretty good price. The other price are average compared to other small neighborhood stores. They have to lower to compete. It was usually clean.
