I went in to buy a phone and the representative Sully was so nice. He sold me a phone and gave me a discount. He was one of the most positive employee I have ever seen. He did not treat me like a customer and he treated me like a friend.

Boost ? is Boost mobile. Let me tell you the only reason that I am even giving this place a review and a 5 ? is because of Ahmed. Ahmed, sorry if I spelled your name wrong. His customer service is on point. He is patient, has attention to detail, very thorough, all while being an active listener. There have been so many times that I've gone into a Boost Mobile and left out wanting to defy gravity by jumping into the atmosphere and touching the sun while sporting my Walmart fresh kicks or throw myself prostrate in front of the glass doors of the store while pulling my out the last of the few hairs I have left. This time I was able to walk away with my dignity intact, knowing that my consumer needs have been met and customer satisfaction had not been thrown nilly willy into the wind. Thank. You. AHMED!!!
