My brother bought a refrigerator from them today. When we unwrapped it the leg was bent and the door was unhinged. They blamed us for it and said it was dropped but that wasn't the case. The refrigerator was damaged out of the box. My brother got a two year warranty and they said if the product is defective or wears out they would replace it and not repair it. They refused to take it back and instead they repaired the refrigerator. They clearly accused us of being liars. If you have a better place to go to please go there instead. They are totally unfair.

Went in to purchase a stove. The stove was $500+. Paid $60 for delivery and $159 for the five year warranty. Ended up paying $886. We were told the delivery would be at 12 noon but when no one called or showed up, i called at 2 and they said they don’t give delivery times they just come when they can and call when they are on their way. #redflag. The delivery guy dropped off the stove and left. Started to put the stove together but it DOES NOT COME WITH A NEW CORD!!!! So if you don't already have a stove make sure you but a cord. The Manuel also stated that the stove must be installed by a licensed electrician or technician or the warranty is void. However, they sell the warranty without installation and if you mess the installation up it voids the warranty they just sold you. We then had to call and have them come out an install the stove which was another $135 and they then brought the new cord. This same stove was sold at HOME DEPOT for $779 but was on backorder and they did not know when they would get any in. Had we gotten the stove at Home Depot they would have delivered and installed with the $79 warranty and I would have saved a lot more money. Please pay attention to everything when buying from them and definitely get everything in writing or record conversations.

Just left the store on westbank expressway, I was greeted by Ms Anita she was the best, she helped me & my wife pick out a upright freezer i thought we were just looking but Ms Anita & my wife just laughed so guess what because she was so helpful we bought, and I am on the management team at rooms to go so I know she was genuine thanks Ms Anita

I met a nice, helpful sales lady named Robyn. We bought many appliances from Bon Marche Furniture over the years. they are trustworthy & we are always very satisfied! They have good sales,drop in & see what you can buy. The Last 2 pictures are our personal home appliances purchases from Bon Marche Furniture & we keep all our appliances many years or until they ♥️?!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. This is the worst place to buy anything from. I bought a stove brand new that do not work. It has not work since day one. I have been fighting with this store for two months about replacing my stove. I paid for a warranty and they will not replace my stove. They sent a technician out to check my stove and he had a nasty attitude and they did not do anything to correct his attitude problem. The technician that they sent out said that there was something wrong with my electricity and I have paid several electricians to come out and look at my electricity and they are saying nothing is wrong with my electricity it is something wrong with that stove. They also refused to listen to the electricians and refuse to replace my stove. ALSO DO NOT PAY FOR A WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT AT ALL.As a result of this I will be filing a lawsuit against this company since my issue still had been resolved.

Do NOT buy anything from this place. My brother bought a brand new washer that didn't work properly from day one. A guy came out to look at it and said it needs a part. A part? It's brand new, why should it already need a part? He asked to get a new washer or a refund and they said they couldn't do that. Now he's waiting on a part for a washer that he's had for less than a month, that NEVER worked from the day he bought it. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Again do NOT do any business with this place. They will sell you new appliances that you can't use until they get parts for it.Bon Marche Owner...my brothers name is Charles Jordan. He didn't even have the washer a month, it never worked properly from the day he got it and there's no way a brand new washer should need a part. Either give him a new washer or refund his money, but make this right please!

My brother Charles Jordan bought a washer that didn't work properly from day one. The repair man had to come out within the first week of having it. It still didn't work properly. The repair man came again and said it needed a part...a part? It's brand new and shouldn't need a part!. He didn't even have it a month in total. He can't even wash clothes and has a brand new washer. Bon Marche y'all need to make this right and give him a refund or a new washer. This is a terrible way to do business. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Quite possible the rudest repair man I've ever met. If my landlord hadn't been here to handle it I would have kicked him out of my home. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
