Other O'Reilly locations either never answer the phone, hang up on you, or act like they don't got the parts. Kinda like McDonald's and the milkshake machines..
Autozones in this are also blow whale balls..
This is the only parts store location that will get my business!!”
“It seems like the batteries are always dying on the Power Wheel type rides we have for the grandsons. It is nice that they have almost every type of replacement batteries that I need, I bring the dead battery in, buy a new one and let them recycle the old one.”
“I went to Auto Zone first was treated like they didn’t want to help me and was told to go to O’Rileys or pep boys instead. I decided to leave and go to O’Rileys and as soon as I walked in their employee Gerald was eager to assist me. I needed to get my batter tested and replaced. He did an amazing job! He also gave me a few pointers along the way and explained everything he was doing during the service. I have definitely found my new auto parts store! “This is a great business that has ALL THE BATTERIES!! Car batteries, mobility scooter batteries, watch batteries, toy batteries, all of them! The last time we stopped in the guy behind the counter spied our needs from across the room, gave us a few options and then sold us the cheaper option because we didn't need the more expensive style for our device. “Last night I went into O'Reilly's frantic cuz my dash lights went out on my vehicle and my tail lights were out so I went in and I started talking to a guy Wilson and Khadon. Wilson seen I was visibly upset Store wasn't busy so he took time to help me research my issue He bit only eased my fears he tried his best to fix the issue Even asking a regular customer of he knew anything Khadon was nice enough to put in his opinion on the issue I have to say these two employees went above and beyond Very knowledgeable of the store merch and location Of item needed I definitely think these two are assets to O'Reilly's and are lucky to have employees who genuinely care about the customer If it weren't for the kindness knowledge and help I'd have walked out and went to AutoZone I'd def be back at this O'Reilly's Thank you Wilson and Kahdon on a job well done You did O'Reilly's proud One may say he was doing his job but I say he went above and beyond I'm pretty sure the way they helped me was not only in the job description but I'm sure because they genuinely care about the customer and strive to make O'Reilly's a better place to shop Thanks guys for a job well done”
