I will literally be suggesting this place to anyone who ever asks for flooring recs! Where do I even start?
Lindsey is absolutely wonderful - she will walk you through ALL your options, discuss differences between floors, give you various price points to work with, and she never makes you feel like you're being up-sold. You're also allowed to bring samples home for a few days to see how it looks in your house, which is helpful. She really knows her stuff and treats you like an old friend. At the last minute, she found out the floors I had picked were on backorder, so she quickly texted me pictures of several similar options (style, price point, brand, etc) so I could pick a new one.
Kevin and Manuel - the measurement and installation guys - were both extremely friendly and professional. I had the carpet in our 3 bedrooms replaced with LVP, and this project was complete in just a day and a half! And looks AMAZING!
So so happy I was referred here, and will be coming back for any future floor needs!!

Great experience from the second we walked into the door until job completion. Lindsey was very friendly, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to deal with. Their installers did a fabulous job too. 5 star experience from start to finish.

We had Acadian install carpet in the bedrooms in our house. Lindsey was our salesperson, and she was the best! She was so friendly and helpful, and she let us take home samples to look at in the space.Their installers were also amazing. Not only did they do a great job, but they were super respectful and accommodating. They even touched up the baseboards with paint I provided!

Kim Pierce was my salesperson and he was friendly, professional, helpful, and honest. The price is right, the service is great, the carpet is so comfy, and the installers did a great job on the day. So very happy with this great local company. We did our first carpets over 10 years ago with them, have done them again with them, and will continue to do business with them.

I went with my son to Acadian Flooring because he was looking to put new floors and carpet down in his house. There are a lot of great options for both. Mr. Kim was very helpful and made the process painless. My son ultimately decided on just doing carpet, the installation went well and the carpet looks great. I highly recommend Acadian Flooring, this is my second experience with them and both were very positive.

The service at Acadian Flooring America is outstanding in every way! Acadian recently replaced the vinyl flooring throughout my entire home, and they went above and beyond my expectations. My salesperson was Shawn Fenk, and he was tasked with resolving my claim while negotiating with my nitpicky, unpredictable, and challenging insurance company. Every time, he gave them whatever they asked for, and throughout it all, Shawn was understanding, kind, and supportive. The lead floor installer, Horacio, did an excellent job. Every single aspect of Horacio's work is immaculate. Every vinyl board is precisely carved. Each and every little detail is flawless. Every time I look at my brand-new floors, I'm amazed. Shawn and Horacio, thank you for the wonderful service. Trust the pros at Acadian Flooring; they are awesome!

We couldn’t have had a better experience at Acadian! From the moment we walked in, Lindsey worked patiently with us to create the perfect bathroom. Lindsey is knowledgeable about style and function, and she really listens to what you want the finished product to look like. She gave us affordable options for our shower and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! Manuel, our installer, was the absolute best and stayed late to make sure the job was finished beautifully and on time. He is truly an artist! I would definitely recommend Acadian and will use them again whenever we need flooring or showers done! Thank you, Acadian!

Mark was great to work with, he made a stressful situation seem very doable. Not only did he have a great selection of colors in stock in the shade of a neutral gray he was able to have it installed the very next morning. The installed were on time and very professional. The price could not be beat. I would absolutely recommend Acadian! Great experience!

I work with a carpet company that needs installers in different locations. I just called because of the good reviews to see about doing installations for us in the New Orleans area. When I went on to explain I worked for a carpet company based out of NY, they hung up on me immediately. I called back and immediately said "I am interested in an installation" They perked up and started asking if I had the carpet etc. I told them I was not interested and just wanted to let them know how shocked I was at how rude they were. It's a shame because we could have been sending them 6 figures of business as we're looking for a new local installer.
