This is the 2nd time I’ve been to the same Marksville CVS to drop off the same package! First time they said they couldn’t print the ups label even though it was on my phone and other CVS stores have done it before and now I just walked in with the package, with the prepackaged label on and as one of the women goes to get it for me, over an hour before closing the other woman says they don’t accept packages after 7pm !! A note online, a sign or someone would be nice when people drive 40 minutes out of their way to bring a package!

Just walked out of CVS the woman at the desk was rude!! I told them I just had meds called in and if they would be ready by closing. It is 5 pm. I told her I was sick and in pain. She proceeded to tell me she was sick too and she felt my pain. If she was sick and in pain she should have stayed her @ss home. You can look at me and tell my face swollen and looks like I had a stroke?. I didn’t want to go before anyone I just wanted to know when my meds would be ready and hopefully it would be today because that’s why I went to the doctor. Thank God they gave me an antibiotic shot at the doctors office so I could have something in my system to start working.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Please use the local ones. Either they never have your medicated or the drive through or inside pharmacy is closed. Either way you will wait a long time and forget about calling them because I have never had someone answer the phone.

Sorry lazy employees in the pharmacy. CVS in Marksville Louisiana I will never go there again. Stood at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone greeted me. Terrible attitude. Why have a drive thru if you close it for your convenience.

I love CVS! I just think they need more staff. Usually only one employee on floor and they have a lot to do. So if you have a question you have to wait for help because the employee has to run the register too.

I have been having problems with delays and my prescriptions NOT being ready at the time CVS instructs me to pick up my prescriptions. I have this problem almost every time I fill prescriptions at CVS. ALSO, the pharmacy staff in Marksville, Louisiana is quite inconsiderate and extremely unhelpful at times.

Great experience except for the unbelievable slowness executed purposely by the CVS Pharmacy. It was as if CVS pharmacy staff intends to keep you at CVS longer than necessary.

Having been diagnosed with COVID-19 my online physician called in my prescriptions. I am in the CVS database so when my prescriptions are ready I am notified. After waiting for several hours I called and was informed that the druggist had filled the prescription but failed to enter it into the system and was told it was too late to pick up my prescriptions. He said I could’ve come to the store and checked on them, if I had a felt like sitting in line while they fill them that would’ve been OK. Now I am sick and facing another night without medication thanks to the CVS store in marksville Louisiana. My wife was on the way there to pick up my prescriptions and he said it was too late five minutes after eight. If he had only done his job correctly I would’ve had my medication! Guess I will be changing pharmacies.

The worst ever! First off the website tells you that CVS gives no cost Covid-19 testing but yet when my fiance went to get one after scheduling his appointment online for a test and providing them with his insurance card. They refused to give the test claiming they couldn't find his insurance. Ok,well CVS plainly says on the website if you don't have insurance to provide your driver's license or id. In which she did not ask for. Instead asked if we wanted to cash pay....when asked how much would it be she said she doesn't know....how am I supposed to pay for something if you don't give me a price. Needless to say after waiting for 30mins in the drive thru she comes back to window to tell us she can't do it....which once again it's supposed to be no cost testing....and tells us to go to SouthStar Urgent Care instead. Like really. Worst Pharmacy ever. Don't go there for anything because you will be disappointed.

omg. scripts were called in the day before, i went to pick up, the girl at the window acted as tho she didn’t want to be bothered since this was my first time using CVS and my info wasn’t in their system. i was told to come back in 20 min. again she did not have it ready and couldn’t put my insurance in. i came back an hour and a half later, waiting in line for another half hour. they have no clue or either they just don’t care.
