I have a retired military K9 who is slow towarm up to strangers. Ryder took to her from the word "go". Usually he waits for me to exit the vehicle before he moves. When I dropped him off for grooming this morning, he crawled across my lap and pulled me out the door and pulled me to the entrance. You would have to know him and his history with PTSD to appreciate this act. I pray that as long as he's alive, she is still in business. Haley is an angel and Ryder recognizes this.

This is ridiculous!! I have used this placed several times, never had a issue with them. My husband gets home with our dog (today) and he looks horrible. I call up there to see what happened and supposedly my dog was hurting and wouldn't allow them to groom him. I never got a call from them that he wasn't allowing them to groom him or that he was hurting. Let alone when they called me to say he was ready they never said a word either. When I called to see what was the issue they are going to start screaming at me & tell me he just didn't feel good & they couldn't groom him correctly. That they have always had a problem with my dog but I never was told this. My dog is a corgi and an older dog so he isn't aggressive or anything. But a business shouldn't communicate the way she did to me today. This won't be the last they hear from me about this. Do Not Go To This Place!!

Chien Rouge is an excellent grooming, daycare, boarding facility. The moment you walk in you get a great vibe. The ladies are very pleasant and love animals. Couyon walked in with no hesitation and it was his first time to go get groomed. They did an excellent job on my 100 lb, full of fur, baby. He was just as happy when we picked him up as he was when we dropped him off. That says a lot for these ladies. When my dog is happy you know he's been treated well.

Had been having trouble finding a groomer since Covid. Chain Rouge was recommended to me by a relative. I’m very pleased. My schnauzer is a bit grumpy and not very social. They took good care of him and he looks great. The people and place are very inviting. I will be bringing my Black Jack back.

We have a 10+ year old chihuahua, she is spoiled rotten, and really doesn’t want anyone else to touch her. My husband and I was amazed at how she went to Hayley with out a problem. They took great care for our fur baby. We will be using them again so if you need someone give them a call. They are truly AWESOME. Thank to you and your staff.

Just moved back home to Bunkie and this was the first location I called. I am so glad I did and will make this my only spot for my Bernese Mountain Dog! Best decision!! Don't sleep on this place!

They do an excellent job. Friendly staff who obviously love animals. Reasonable prices. Only downside is a long wait for appointments, but that comes with great service.
