It's a shame when you call the pharmacy and you're put on hold then every so often they pick the phone up then slam it back down and put you back on hold. I got so mad I just hung up after being on hold 9 minutes. Do better!!

Took an hour then told me it would be another hour. Went home and called all the next day. Medication was finally filled. The whole ordeal took over 15 hours.

I see some of the other reviews, but I really like the service I get from this Walgreens. Always helpful and almost never have any issues with the pharmacy. In contrast, I just left a one star review of the Leesville Walgreens.

Today I went into Wal Greens and ordered 2 canvases. My canvases were done within an hr and let me tell y’all the young lady who done them was such a sweet heart and so very patient and well mannered. It is very hard to find people who work in customer service as sweet as she was. My canvases look wonderful. I believe her name was Clarissa or something along those lines! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! Do NOT lose her as an employee. I will definitely be getting my canvases from here from now on! Thank you!

I have had several problems over the years with this Walgreens. The people are very rude, and will not help with anything. The pharmacy personal are the worst, but yesterday was over the line. I have used the drive through 100 times over the years and have never had a problem hearing them talking to me, Even though I'm hearing impaired. The rude little girl working the window ignored me when I told her I was hearing impaired and come uld not hear what she said, after telling her a few more times and even shuts ting my vehicle off to see if that would help, all I got was attitude. Then this FOOL of an old man I assume is the pharmacists started yelling at me About what the problem is, so I said the only problem was I couldn't hear her and now that he had turned the speaker up we were good. He continued to yell that she had not screamed at me, so I said ok I Never said she did. He then said I know she didn't I was standing there the whole time. Then he thretened my and said raising my voice was not something I wanted to do and called me boy. At this point I asked for my proscription back so I could go somewhere else. Threatening people that explain their impairment to you is crazy, so stay away unless you like being insulted or or having harm threatened if you miss speak to the elderly man running the place.

Very unpleasant place to visit....if you have to. Walgreens in Many, Louisiana is a very unpleasant place to shop if you have needs and the pharmacy especially, there is is horrific at times. The Pharmacy techs can very rude and mercurial and treat customers like 3rd class citizens. Granted, it can be a difficult place to work with some difficulty customers, but it seems the pharmacy there is very inconsiderate and rude to all. I have been in healthcare 27 years, and the pharmacy techs are among the rudest health care workers I have ever seen/heard. I do not recommend going there to obtain medication or other items. There are better options in Many, Louisiana.

This is the most god awful place in the world to go to the pharmacy!!! Rude workers who are smart mouthed and do not care at all about the folks coming in there or the ones that are in the mile long line at the drive through!! So slow and unorganized! A two year old could separate building blocks better than they can fill scripts! You can see a “do not care” attitude on every worker in there! They are slow and have no gumption or drive! If you have to use a Walgreens I would NOT suggest the one in Many La. Robby Lang has completely went down hill and has a horrible attitude and does not help as well! He is the head pharmacist! Shows that leadership reflects on the people.

Drive through is insane. Cars will sit at the window for 30 minutes waiting while the line is to the road.

I give them a 3 because they never feel my medicine at all at one time.
