My brakes on my 3500 Ram went out all the fluids were coming out and I made a phone call to O’reilly and Ms Christina answer I told her what I needed Ms Christina who answer the phone was very knowledgeable and personable easy to talk to, she said I will have all the parts you need and when I got to the store everything was ready all I had to do is pay. I have never had great customer service and this review is based on my own experience. 2/23/24 Great job Ms Christina keep it up ??

My serpentine belt broke just as I got into Many. I made it to O'Reilly. Wayne and the 2 lovely ladies working were a Godsend with their kind helpfulness and knowledge PLUS they had the belt and a pully I needed for my Mercedes in stock!!

Went in today. Wasn't greeted as I walked in. And the young black gentleman that cashed me out rolled his eyes at me as I put what I was buying on the counter. Didn't ask if I has a O'Reilly card and I had to ask him if I could get a bag to put my stuff in. Complete failure in customer service
