Just bought a 2022 Yukon AT4 from Foy GMC. All of the people were top tier. If you want to have an experience of customer service like it is the 60s and 70s but have the technology of 2022 and beyond look them up. No games no last minute charges and will do out of state taxes and title work for you. Josh took real good care us by showing the vehicle and carefully (and at the right pace for the technology challenged) reviewed all of the features. Josh, Alli, and Marrisa are names that I remember but each person that I walked by made sure that I had all of my questions answered. Good old fashion service with wanting to make sure that they did the right thing for the customer. Drove several hours from out of state to make the purchase. Would drive it again in a heart beat.

This was the best purchase experience I have ever had for buying a car. Dale was knowledgeable and friendly; everything was typed up and ready to go by the time I got there. I was on my way in no time.

Recently my engine light came on and I noticed that my air conditioner wasn't cooling at all and as you know in this Louisiana heat you need air conditioning to keep you from feeling like you are riding in a mobile oven so I scheduled an appointment for 10.30 on June 10,2021. so the morning of my appointment I arrived and immediately upon entering I was greeted by very polite and Ladies up front. Foy Chevrolet has customer service mastered everyone that I have met at Foy have been absolutely awesome. something happens in my heart every time I tell this story about my experience there I feel myself wanting to cry honestly . I felt like they really appreciated my business I will be a returning customer and I have told all of my coworkers, family and friends and I have told my friends and family because I want them to experience what I experienced at Foy I wish I would have purchased my Buick from Foy. people like to feel appreciated and Foy treat you the way they would want to be treated In my opinion Foy Chevrolet is the epitome of the Golden Rule, I cant make you choose Foy but I would strongly encourage giving them a try. I am a person who give reviews according to the service I receive either I compliment or I complain whichever is most appropriate I really enjoy giving beautiful reviews when the customer service is exceed my expectations and is unmatched. I'm not sure what manual they are reading from or even who is teaching them but job well done kudos to the Ashley and the entire service department. my air conditioner is cooling again and it feels amazing in this sweltering heat . I just picked my car up on yesterday, June24,2021from the service department at Foy again if anyone is reading this review I am just sharing my experience. which was amazing, I LOOK forward to getting my oil changed there in the future

My first visit. I’m from Mansfield and had the choice of driving to Shreveport or Many for service. Glad I chose Many. Super friendly, small town service and feel. Got me taken care of quickly and checked on me multiple times while I waited.

We had such a wonderful experience at Foy Chevrolet! To start with our salesman, Josh stayed late until my husband and I could get off work and get there. The gentleman that came to evaluate our trade in was so polite. Everyone that we came in contact with was so polite and courteous. We have done business with several larger dealerships and have never had such an awesome experience. We highly recommend Foy for you vehicle needs.

Having a hometown dealer is great but Foy motors and their staff make it feel totally different than a car dealership. They will explore every option available to see you smile at the end of the experience. Their knowledge and experience is first class. I recently went there more so for advice on what I should do based on life’s current situation, with thoughts on an entirely different brand than they offer and next thing you know I’m driving off in a Truck I never thought I would ever own. Even if your not ready to pull the trigger on your next ride, go by, just visit and experience a little of the Joy from Foys!

I brought my car in for 100 dollars of repairs and left with 1000 dollars of problems that they expect me to pay for. They will scam you. Seek other service providers. This isn't the first time it has happened. DO NOT USE.

Foys is always ready to help. My battery decided to give me trouble on a Sunday. The service manager let me drop off my vehicle Sunday evening. They looked at it on Monday morning and found out that it definently was my battery. Had it ready to go when I got off work on Monday. Excellent service!
