Worst Walmart ever. Never intend on going back. Veronica in customer service was VERY rude and disrespectful. Talked smack about me after I left where I could hear her. Manager did nothing about it and defended her employee. Horrible....

Walmart in Mansfield la . Is sad . Bought a tv on 12/23/20 and on Christmas Day it was opened come to find out it was busted missing a tv leg . So on 12/26/20 took it back and had hell with them because it was not the tv that belongs in the box .they let someone return with out looking in it because if the did they would have seen it. Yes they exchanged it but with me having to to get rude. If you can go to Shreveport Walmart go Mansfield la Walmart the will f*** you over . I would not recommend them they don't care for there customers and they are rude to you

Prolly the worst Walmart I've ever been to, THREE different workers I've talked to have given me the same answer upon a request for a key to unlock a glass case...."yeah let me go find someone w the key"...over an hour I been waiting here. If I could give this Walmart a negative rating, I would.

Darius the assistant manager has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen in anywhere! You do not have to kiss someone a** to be pleasant and if you are a manager of any department or store (even WalMart) then you should treat customers with respect. I don't know what is wrong with this man and I do not care. This is the main thing wrong with Walmart. It's sad that he is consided a role model to the school age and older young people that work there. Hopefully I will return to Walmart when they replace the people like this guy and replace him for a cold heartless manager robot. Maybe then the robot can be the role model and team leader this store needs. Thankfully online shopping is a thing and available somewhere ele. I will not help this man pay his bills

I just tried to get a fishing license. Of course there is no one in sporting goods. Once I found someone to page for assistance I had to talk to three different employees. They all told me the same thing. I'm not in the system to do that. This has happened on NUMEROUS occasions. I have no choice but to try again later because you are all we have in Mansfield. Many businesses are shutting down in this area and I know Walmart has some effect on this. Please step up your game. Just trying to help by making you aware. This rating of one star is for the entire store.

June 2018 by Chris H.
Self checkout at the Wal-Mart in Manfield, La. is a pain. On numerous occasions I come across something that will not scan and have difficulty in obtaining help quickly. One of the worst examples occurred on the 15th of June, 2018 when I wished to purchase a pair of Faded Glory memory foam shoes that I saw on the rack twice during the week and then decided to go ahead and purchase them. Problem #1. Not a single pair of these shoes had a price tag on or in them. Not a one. But I still want them. So now I've gotten everything that I want and I'm ready to check out. I manage to run everything through but the shoes. I see the attendant doing nothing at her help desk kiosk/register and I wave her over. I tell her that I cannot scan the shoes because there is no tag and that not one pair of them had a tag on them on the rack. She looks the shoes over and then tells me that I need to go back and get a pair with a tag on them. I explain once again in plain speaking english that not one pair there had a tag on them. She throws her hands up and backs away saying, " I can't leave my station.", and starts back to her register. I say firmly that I'd like her to get me someone qualified who can help me then. She states that I need to do that myself. Now she is literally standing there by her register doing nothing as there is no one else asking her for assistance. I just stare her in the eye for about 15 seconds getting more and more angry. So I cup my mouth and loud enough for everyone in the back of the store to hear I yell at the top of my lungs, "I need some help over here!!!" That immediately got another clerk's attention and it took just 20 seconds more to resolve the problem. This is not my first run in with lazy or incompetent employees at the Mansfield, La. Wal-Mart. Not by far. They do not tag everything properly, items will be deliberately mis-labeled or placed in slots whete the price tag says one thing while the item is actually far more expensive. My eyes are not up to reading and comparing barcodes for every single item that I buy either. I have on several occasions had to "create a scene" at this particular Wal-Mart because of indifference, ignorance, or possibly even racial discrimination. My experience at this particular Wal-Mart makes me dread ever having to go there for anything at all. I try very hard now to avoid going there for anything and I used to love going to Wal-Mart. But not anymore.
