The service is excellent and the jewelry is absolutely beautiful . The prices are more than Fair! Definitely a place to go to find a gift. I went looking for one ring for myself and wound up buying four! Making that the Fifth ring and I will be going back.And I am extremely happy with the purchase. They also have a jeweler on hand to do repairs.

Mr. Chuck is awesome! He is the most knowledgeable and honest jeweler I know. Now he is the only jeweler I will deal with. All the folks there are really professional, and knowledgeable. They even do repairs on Monday and Wednesday I think. That fella is great as well! They also do layaway, I do that pretty often, because it’s convenient for me. When I stop in to make a payment, it is so easy! Speaking of… I have a Rolex on Layaway now. I’ll see you soon Chuck. I’m so ready to get that one out of there. I’ll stop in when I make it back into town next week. -Matt

Called in a few weeks ago to ask if they buy gold based on weight (99.9% bullion) & they didn't want to give an answer. Was told to come in. But, why come in for such a simple question? I just want to know how they pay.

I have been looking for an antique engagement ring for a while now. I stumbled in Mr Chucks shop and we very pleasantly pleased. He asked me exactly what I was looking for and he took me around the entire shop showing me all the different options that he had for me.Found the perfect ring! Had a stone fall out with in a week after the engagement because things like this happen on older antiques this was from the 40s. He replaced the stone for me and didn’t charge me. He stands by his pieces and displays amazing customer service as all business owners should do.

This shop is by far the worse shop to do business with, and I'm not speaking from the one time bad impression several times I've been here and was treated terribly, not only were they rude ridiculously rude every time but low bald is an understatement and immediately lowballed me without even looking at anything I brought it was so ridiculous I kind of thought he was trying to be funny several rare coins I had before even taking them out of the case he immediately says I won't even get $25 for these I'll give you $10 for them when I was just at another shop that offered me $80 for the same coin, another perfect example is I had some silver the lady in there tells me that it's not silver so I'm like okay well what is it it's silver plated copper she says she doesn't know what it is but it's not silver I'm sorry but I'm thinking to myself you do this for a living and you're going to try to tell me you don't know what it is, oh and how ironic that they still wanted to buy it from me, and I'm just speaking for people researching looking to sell precious metals I totally understand going to several places getting second third fourth opinions trust me when I tell you that that shop is a waste of your time there are several others that I encourage you to go to that you would treated like a human andoffered fair prices

Thad never has given me good prices for my silver and gold I've sold and bought. There are better places than this hole in the wall. the owner is a bump on a log.
