I am absolutely disgusted by the Walgreens pharmacy. My medication was accidentally sent there ( that I’ve been on for 5 years if not more), the pharmacist was extremely rude and refused to refill my medication that I waited for days to have refilled. The pharmacist is NOT A DOCTOR and should not be allowed to deny a patient their medications that they need. And then to be ugly about it is unacceptable!!

Pharmacy drive through is slowest out of all locations. Also, don’t expect service if you get in the drive through line at 1:20pm. Their lunch is from 1:30-2. They will close the window by the time you get there. Even if it’s not 1:30…even if you’ve been waiting 15 min or longer…

It may be redundant to point out the shortcomings of the pharmacy as there are numerous 1 star reviews, but please hear me out. To the pharmacist at this location, do not under any circumstances continue to pass blame on the customers for increased wait times. It is you and staff that are slow and incompetent. Increase the speed and the lines shouldn't form. There is an obvious seat change here because it never used to be this way. On my most recent visit I counted at least 6 staffers behind the counter, so staffing shouldn't be the issue. It is the quality of the staff that will be the demise of this location. I should go without saying that I will be immediately switching medicine to another store so this review is for anyone considering using this location, DON'T. You are not respected here and it shows. Shame on the pharmacist for such an inept job. This goes double for store management as you will surely be the 1st one replaced as the negative reviews continue to pour in.

The people in the pharmacy are great, however they are understaffed and understocked. Most prescriptions are out of stock and it takes 1 or 2 days for them to get it in, this time I was waiting on one I really needed and they were so behind on filling orders they needed an additional day after they received the medication before they could pack it for me to pick up. I'm switching to the 3-letter guy instead, having to wait 3 days for a medication to make you start feeling better is unacceptable.

My wife had some sort of bug bite or poison ivy. I was able to purchase all of the remedies because I wasn't sure what she had. After further research we found out she was attacked by chiggers. The remedy for that is cortisone cream 1% and rubbing alcohol with q-tips. For really uncomfortable bites spray on bandage.

I am not speaking to the efficiency of this pharmacy, but I am speaking to the honesty of a couple of the employees. I accidently left my purse on the back of the chair at the photo kiosk. When I came back to retrieve it one of the employees put it behind the desk for me and another employee retrieved it for me. All money and credit cards intact. Thank you!

Horrible pharmacy. The worst I've ever dealt with. You are guaranteed an hour and a 1/2 wait whether you show up directly from an urgent care or a doctor, or just show up 2 or 3 hours later. Only happens here. Also doesn't matter if there are 2 or 3 people on staff or 5, the hour and a 1/2 wait is like mandatory. And I've never seen such a rude staff in my life. It's like the people there don't like doing their job. Staff is cold and unpleasant and can't wait for you to leave. They don't even take in consideration 80 or more percent of the population there is looking to get medication because they feel awful. No pleasantries. 9 out of 10 times they never have what you need in stock. I will even give them a little credit that doctor's just write prescriptions and don't check on availability, but that sounds like an internal problem that I don't get paid to deal with. And it's not just me, I've heard these complaints from a lot of people that live on the North Shore that have dealt with this particular pharmacy. Seriously, don't waste your time, go to a competitor or a smaller family pharmacy.

On hold for over 25 minutes. I usually do everything online but was driving. Someone picked up and I told her I just needed to change locations for an Rx since I moved recently. Puts me back on hold for 10+ minutes. I'll definitely stick to online platform. Someone kept answering then immediately put me back on hold without speaking--at least 4x.

Always out of stock or there is an issue EVERY single time something needs to be filled, along with prescribing the wrong insulin and telling me it’s my issue. Can’t prescribe the right needles for the vial, or pen for the needles I have. Hands over insulin knowing I have no way to administer. Horrible pharmacist.

24hr Walgreens on Hwy 190 is my fav Walgreens. No problems ever with Customer Service....good manager and employees. Pharmacy does close now for 30 minutes break now from 1:30 am till 2pm. All good here no complaints but note it does get busy at times usually at night on weekends.

This evening, I Shopped for many items that probably would cost more than 200$; personal hygiene products, makeup, and cleaning products. Unfortunately, during the storm, a split second power outage shut down the checkout registers. It was recommended to wait at least 15 min before checking out, but still I was not able to make the purchase. Then, it was suggested to return later but to call first. They agreed to hold on to the basket full of items and if system rebooted, I could return to the store and pay for the items. To my dismay, the store staff acted as if I was invisible, told me they did not know anything about coming back to pay for the products!! The store person vacuuming the floor was not helpful and ignored my presence. When I asked her to get the manager, she acted as if she didn’t know what I was talking about and was not helpful. The manager was not helpful either and exhibited poor customer service and untrained management skills.
