Jessica Hodges is AMAZING!!! She is Friendly, Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She is a huge Asset to Verizon and all of the customers she encounters. She is a shining Star!!! She deserves a HUGE promotion. I wished there were more people like Jessica around.
