Good for small shipping needs and if you’re ready. Otherwise, may need to visit the main USPS office.
The front desk lady was absolutely nice about it, and informative.
4/5 because I had wanted to ship stuff w/out a pre purchased shipping label nor did I need stamps.

Google says they close at 7pm. Went to rouses at 6:15pm and waited 10 minutes for a worker to tell me they close at 6pm. Update the hours so that people don’t waste their time.

I'll be the first one to criticize poor government service. I don't know if it's Rouses that demands these P.O. clerks act like private sector folks or if the staff just feels better being around people who care about their work, but I have always had good service here and am grateful they're here!

The postal clerks here at Rouse's are always helpful and pleasant. Wait time is usually far less than going to the main post office.

woman couldnt even ship a package to belgium because it "didnt have a zip code" when it clearly did, everything went downhill from there, would rather go to the other post office near walgreens
