I had a great experience. I messed up my reservation when booking and put the wrong date. When I arrived they fixed my mistake and still had a truck available for me. They were super sweet and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Very poor attitude towards their customers they seem more like control freaks wanted to tell you what to do like liberals and if you don't do what they say they won't want to serve you. But it's a mom and pops dial U-Haul rental place and I was always raised to contribute your money to those type of businesses not the franchise but yet this family-oriented facility must be ran on bad attitude and poor choices. Stay away from this place as well as their Mini Storages they don't look like they've been well maintained their maintenance and if it rained pretty heavy looks like it'll get flooded. Forgive me cuz I don't like to leave negative post or feedback I'm sorry this man needs the feedback for his bad attitude

Our family has rented with this Uhaul facility multiple times and will continue to do so in the future. Yes we can rent the same equipment pretty much at any one of the Uhaul sites. But this owner and family that runs this place is the reason I will always be back, they treat you with the same respect that you give them and all that they ask is that you follow a few simple steps and you will be on your way and out the door in less than 10 minutes.(5 stars all the way)
