“This shop was great. Came in not knowing if the issue was the alternator, the battery, or something else. Could have totally tried to take advantage of me but they didn't at all. Everyone I spoke to was very straightforward and honest. Turned out to just be the battery terminal and needing a new battery. The price was excellent. Took my car in around 2pm and had it back to me by 6pm. Fastest mechanic service I've ever gotten in the state of Louisiana and the owners are super friendly people. Definitely recommend.”

“After receiving a call from Rick at Christian brothers I learned there was a miscommunication and they are making it right. Very happy with a company that can own up to their mistakes and make it right with covering the repair under warranty.

Very disappointed…I mentioned that there was an odd noise coming from my truck and asked if they could listen for it while in for an oil change. They said I needed to leave it with them but they would call me with their findings. I agreed. After hearing nothing from them for 7 hours, I go back to pick it up. They hit me with a $340 bill for the oil change and inspection fee to replace the passenger CV joint that would cost another $750 to replace. Frustrated I pay the bill and leave…only to find out they had just replaced that same CV joint a little over a year ago. I email them and get no response. I do not recommend going here. I had been a customer for 6+ years and have never been charged a $120 inspection fee that they did not mentioned on the front end.”
