“I thought I needed all of the TPMS' replaced on my Crosstrek, but the rear two were fine! The price for the front two was considerably less than the dealership quoted me, and seemed more than reasonable.
Everything was explained professionally and in ways I could understand.
I will definitely be back when (probably not if ?) my car needs any other service.

I called them to say it must have been a faulty tire and to see if anything could be done and the employee was SO kind and changed it for a new tire free of charge and continuously mentioned how apologetic they were for the inconvenience. “While the service was good once my car got into the garage, I did have to bring it in twice just for one oil change. I was scheduled to have it seen on a Thursday afternoon, at first, but nobody called to tell me it was going to take until the shop closed to finish. I know that oil changes elsewhere typically take about fifteen minutes per vehicle. Had someone called me like they were supposed to, I would have only had to drive to the shop once because I would have changed my appointment over the phone. Luckily, I live only five minutes away. A little communication goes a long way. I’ll know that next time I deal with this shop to plan to be there at least an hour and a half. They’re busy as heck even with an appointment. But also, to be fair, apparently the guy who usually does oil changes was out that day.”
