Fantastic and very talented jeweler! He has a real eye for beauty, and he adds a unique and creative flair to whatever he works on! His customer service is amazing, always looking for ways to help out his customers!I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from him, and I’ll definitely be going back to him for any more jewelry in the future! He hand engraved the wedding bands to have a matching pattern, and they came out beautifully! And the fact that my fiancée refuses to take off her engagement ring should say enough! Thomas is a godsend. He went the extra mile delivering my wife's wedding ring. When it looked like it wouldn't arrive in time for our wedding he prepared the prop he had in his store so she would have something on her finger. But wait ,it doesn't end there. The ring did make it to the airport in New Orleans and Thomas personally drove across the lake to get it in time for our wedding. Even offered to bring it to us wherever we were. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I will be going back.

Thomas has been a blessing to our family. We began working with Thomas a year ago when my husband was trying to find the perfect engagement ring. Thomas and John met on numerous occasions where he took time and explained everything…diamond characteristics, what he thought would look best, etc. My husband followed up a few months later after purchasing my engagement ring and had my diamond upgraded. Once again, Thomas took time and sat down with John to explain the characteristics of the new diamond. My husband then started looking for my wedding band and Thomas once again knocked it out the park. Needless to say, I absolutely love both of my rings! I purchased my husband’s wedding band from Thomas as well. Thomas is passionate, knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about providing his customers with the quality jewelry they want. This is one of the best jewelers I have had the pleasure of working with. They took time to answer all our questions and work with us on what we wanted. This year was our 20th Anniversary and I wanted to get my wife a new wedding ring set. Thomas looked at my wife's current ring and was able to make her exactly what she wanted. He took the stone out of here original ring and was able to make a new ring that had all the characteristics she wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a jeweler in the Mandeville area to check them out as they do fantastic work.

About six months ago I decided to ask my fiance to marry me. I wanted a specific classic style ring for her and Thomas Franks was right next to my bank so I walked in and it is a beautiful place. I was immediately greeted by Thomas with a smile and a very friendly personality. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me many options. Just so happens he had the perfect ring. Exactly what I was looking for. We sat down together and discussed the diamond it had and I told him I wanted the best for Keri and a larger stone. He got back to me in a couple days and we sat down and he showed me a near perfect rock. He got the ring in order for me in a few days and it was absolutely beautiful. Keri gets constant compliments on it all the time and he even resized it for here when another jewelers measurements she got was too big. It now fits perfectly. In a few days I will be picking up the wedding bands also purchased from Thomas and I am certain they will be amazing. I have been in other jewelry stores before but I will tell you this; you will not get better service and commitment to what you are looking for and need for that special lady than you will get from Thomas Franks Jewelers. Thomas is now my Jeweler and will always be. Complete satisfaction. I will go nowhere else and highly suggest you pay him a visit.

A year ago i wanted family diamonds added to my wedding rings since i wear them everyday. Thomas Frank made the changes to my rings. I was so pleasantly surprised i started to cry because my rings were more beautiful than i imagined. I get compliments now that i never got before. I love my rings! Thomas has also done a great job of replacing stones and repairing other jewelry i have. I highly recommend Thomas franks jewelers.
