Horrible customer service. No concept of customer satisfaction. Do not do business with these people. But if you must, PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT carefully first. Most people don't, including me, and well I got burned really bad in the form of a 25% restocking fee costing me over $600 for nothing, after I simply could not take any more of their incompetent delivery personnel, or their horrible products. Stay away from this business and save yourself a lot of trouble and money.

American Factory Direct (AFD) outlet has some nice pieces at reasonable prices compared to their main warehouse store off of I-12. If your looking for living room seating, rugs, dinning room tables, bedroom sets, the store has plenty at discounted prices. The pieces are mostly returns or store displays that they sell for a cheaper price. ?️

The staff immediately assisted me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about my interest in what I wanted to purchase. I was in and out in ten minutes and very happy with my purchase.

Bought some furniture from Dennis & he was great. Showed me that the couch I bought was actually able to be reversed. Also it ended up being cheaper than listed and he told me that as well when he easily could’ve gotten away with charging me the listed price and I would’ve never known. I appreciate that kind of honesty. He was very friendly and made the process smooth.

Great service when making the purchase, not so much after the sale!Ordered furniture in May, Dining Room Table, Foyer Table , 8 ChairsAfter 4 Months received Dining Table Scratched but repairable.Foyer table had been dropped and gotten wet , sent back, 2 weeks later they tried to deliver the same piece just freshly wrapped.We rejected and canceled the piece.Now going on 6 months still on dining room chairs , was told Aug the Sept , then Oct, & now Dec… they will happily sell me a different chair but will not honor the sales promo to match our original order.Customer service is less than desirable..

Defective odd-lot furniture. Purchased a sofa set, and also paid for delivery.... the cheap vinyl surface cracked open, all over, starting within a few months of new purchase. Salvage stores, when stopping by to get them, refused to take the sofa as a free donation because of the cracks on it. Skip this place and buy real furniture. They waited a long time to respond (below) but unless they remove this one from our home, and sell us something legitimate, their late apology means nothing for us.

We recently purchased a sofa and love seat from American Factory Direct Clearance Center and are quite pleased with the experience. A fair selection was available and the manager and staff were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure salesmanship and there was a sincere interest in determining our needs and helping us find what best suited us. Although if you are looking for the highest end elite furniture you might be disappointed, quality products are available at excellent prices. Delivery was prompt, courteous and efficient. We are please to recommend American Factory Direct Clearance Center.

This is the third wheel I've given on that deliver yesterday. On time took the trash with immense turn exactly where we wanted it. Thanks a lot for using them. The salesman was really good so we enjoyed being with him shopping.
