We are from Poplarville, Ms. I needed a knee scooter Post Op on my ankle. These folks are without a doubt the best I have had to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the product line I was seeking. They helped us find the right one for our country environment. Even though they didn't deliver, we were able to obtain one over the phone and get it brought to us by friends. After the sale about 10 days I was having issues with the scooter and I called them and they were able to help me out over the phone to correct the problem.
I will gladly do business with him again.

I don’t know if I’ve ever been so pleased with a retailer. My 95 year old mother was looking for a new rollator and I was amazed at the knowledgeable, patient and incredibly pleasant help we received from Michelle. She spent a VERY long time with us and we both REALLY appreciate it!!

Customer service was incredible. I called first to see if they had what I needed. They did but they helped me with the size of brace I would need so I wouldn't make a wasted trip.
