I went to the Spectrum store because I wanted to review my system and possibly make some changes. Kay was very knowledgeable and addressed my concerns professionally. She made me feel like I was a valuable customer and she took the time to review and explain my options. Kay is a valuable asset to the Spectrum Store and its customers.

Had occasion to use the Mandevile office yesterday and was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Brittany L; she was so pleasant and helpful. Explained my problem and it was fixed quickly. She took the time to explain what she was doing, asked if I needed anything else. Tried to pay my bill, and she came over and helped me with that also. Great service, much appreciated, please thank Ms. Brittany.

Customer service agent Aimee Was super helpful, guided me through the process of upgrading my phone seamlessly and spoken detail about the many different options that I had available to me. She informed me of current promotions and savings and together with those I saved a considerable amount of money. If anyone needs to come into the Spectrum store in Mandeville, I would suggest speaking with Amy to get the best deal available

Service is horrible... I went in to have Sim cards inserted so I could have my Service switched to Spectrum. They only had one person helping with customers. I waited one hour and then went home and canceled my order for phone Service. I also canceled my order for tv and internet. Any one is better than Spectrum for Service.

I wouldn't leave any stars if I could. So my phone had an electrical issue since I bought it. I contacted spectrum about it as soon as it occurred. They were so unhelpful and just literally gave me the run around for almost a year. I dealt with my phone telling me I had no media for almost an entire year. It was so frustrating being out and not able to use my phone and I was paying for the service the entire time my phone did not work. Did spectrum refund me or replace my phone absolutely not but they had me jump through hoops trying to fix the issue on my own. I even came into this location and had to deal with the most unfriendly unhelpful woman who clearly didn't want to help and claimed it was because I was using public wifi. Well I had to because I NEVER HAD MEDIA. Eventually this crappy phone got stolen and I had to replace it but I wouldn't recommend Spectrum to anyone .

I was greeted quickly upon entering store. Salesperson was courteous and professional. He answered my questions and gave me his business card. It could have been worse!! Pleasantly surprised:)
Big parking lot for the shopping center, too.

Internet ran fine, Mobile service spotty in a certain areas, however, the customer service has been fabulous!! The only reason I canceled their service is because my husband chose another carrier. Even when canceling, they were great!!! And they were all well spoken people!!
