I had a flat tire and was traveling to Georgia. I didn’t know where to go and parked at this gas station. The clerk, despite the fact I didn’t purchase anything, helped me find a tire place not far (my tire pressure was going down very quickly). Thank you young lady for your help. The place you recommended was awesome and I made it home safely!

after driving 20 hrs (on a waaay too long of a drive from NC headed to Houston TX) an extreme pain under my shoulder blade hit me like a ton of rock's! had to stop to find something, anything to help relieve it so I ask my daughter to find something like a tennis ball, anyting round I didn't care if it was a toy or a can of Coke or an itty bitty candy machine bounce I'm headed to the restroom. When I came out my daughter said the lady behind the counter shoulder something that might work. I said that is absolutely perfect you couldn't have found anything better...Here's a picture of it... it's a SNOT BALL!! Got to the car bouncing cash sent my daughter back in there to tell Natalie thank you so very much! My daughter came back and said that Natalie sent these two items as well, one for me and one for my kiddo! I've had the worst 2 weeks of my life and the hardest drive ever and this chick just made everything so much better! I came here crying in pain and pitying myself and left thinking Ive been wasting my life with the wrong kind of people bc obviously amazing & kind, thoughtful ppl really do exist! I can't thank you enough Natalie I have 5 more hours to go and I think I can make it!

I know a thing or two about convenience stores as i have worked at 5 of them with 3 different companies. "Presentation is everything." Store front appeal , and maximized merchandise displays are key to draw in more customers . Gas promotional offers also help when needed .A speedy oil and radiator fluid change garage also draws a crowd, making it a real service station.

Absolute trash!!! Showed the cashier mold on the food and told me nothing she could do. Then tried charging me 6.99 for a single beer. Kindly showed her the sticker marked underneath the beer in cooler marked 2.39. Told me nothing she could do take it or leave it!!! 6.99 is the price of a six pack. Horrible customer service dont recommend to anyone and I for sure will never be back. If I could rate this experience a negative star I would.

During the aftermath of hurricane Ida, I waited in line for fuel here for nearly 2 hours. Once I finally got to the pump, the credit card reader was taped off. I went in to pay with my card as I never carry cash & noticed a sign on the door reading cash, only CC machine was down. I walked in to confirm with the cashier & she said yes the machine was down. I explained my frustration, as I just sat in line for so long for nothing. A gentleman sitting behind the counter stood up & handed the cashier a $100 dollar bill and told her to give me $60 cash for my fuel. He told me to just mail him a check to the station later. My wife stopped there this evening to repay the gentleman behind the counter & was told by the cashier, he done that for lots of people after Ida…. Mr. Frank is an outstanding man in my book. I have never experienced anything close to what he has done for total strangers. I pray God may open the heavens & pour out blessings over him, his family & his business!!! Thanks for your love good sir!!

This station now has a small gyro take out. They have fresh gyro's and shawarma. They are good, prepared by an immigrant from Jerusalem.

The woman behind the counter was talking loudly on her cell phone and not wearing a mask. I hope that no one is hurt by her inconsideration for others health.

I was given a "CASH GIFT CARD" as a gift. I used it to pump gas but was charged CREDIT CARD PRICING vs cash price. I inquired in the store about this discrepancy and was told to call the number on the back of the card. Long story made short, after 4 different calls and transfers I was referred back to this station. NO ONE THERE has responded or corrected this situation. I am disappointed. I plan to return, cash in the balance and use the funds elsewhere to purchase gas, etc.

Don’t stop here. Today is Sunday, March 8, 2020. We arrived this Shell gas station at 8:40 pm. We are from out of state and we needed gas and a restroom. There was a sign taped on the door that said “Restrooms are out of order.” We could clearly smell cleaning solution coming from the restroom when we walked in. When I asked the cashier what was wrong with the bathrooms she snapped at me and said, “What does it matter?!”. She was very uncomfortable with the question and by avoiding to answer my question and snapping back at me, it clearly showed she was lying. More than likely she didn’t want to have to clean the restrooms again at the end of her shift and so she just told everyone they were out of order. This place is not very friendly. We will not stop here again. However, the Chevron filling station next door was very nice and did not lie to us about the restrooms.

Broken pumps happen. But 20 minutes waiting to get a refund before the casier was convinced his pump was broken is ridiculous.
