They are so easy to work with and no hidden fees! They don’t even make you give 30 day notice when moving out, as long as you tell them by the end of the month.

We've been having storage units at safe-storage for over 2 years. It is always very clean, cool enough to work in and I have never seen a bug!!! Management is great!

This is the best facility! The staff Ms.Charlotte and owner Joey are easily accessible and work very hard to meet your needs. You’ll will find the facility extremely clean, well lit and well maintained. It has a covered area for loading/unloading in bad weather, accessible dollies & convenient items to purchase. More importantly, they are so friendly & a pleasure to work with!!!

Air conditioned. Polite staff, reasonable prices, clean facility. I wish the side door would stay open a little longer after having to put in the code to get it to open again because it's hard to input a code while holding boxes. Overall, no complaints. A++.

I recently had someone in my family pass away, and I needed help getting rid of items in the storage unit, as I live out of state. I needed items shredded, items donated, and didn't know where to start! Charlotte who works there is an amazing person. She went above and beyond, and contacted local companies and organizations who could handle all the contents, and even coordinated appointment times and directed them on what needed to be done. She is a keeper!
