I recently visited Rouses grocery store and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the store was. I was particularly looking for ginger lemon green tea, which I had been unable to find elsewhere, and to my delight, Rouses had it in stock. Not just that, but the overall selection was extensive and well-organized.Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, making the experience hassle-free right from the start.

It’s a shame that they redid the store and made it look beautiful but the young kids that bag at night and work on the register do not know how to bag groceries they throw everything in one bag they really need to have someone to teach these young kids, how to bag peoples groceries!

Rouses is family owned and operated since 1960 according the large sign on the wall. This is my first time shopping here. I was headed for someplace else but decided to shop here since I was camping in Fairview Riverside State Park and it is only 2.8 miles down the road. The store was clean and well lit with stock being dressed by an employee.I found everything I was looking for except an iPhone charging cable. But for groceries, they met all my needs. I will have to agree with another reviewer. I was looking for vitamins which were in aisle six and the other drugs, i.e. pain relief etc, were in aisle nine. It seems like those two aisles should be side by side. I will say that if you cannot find a bottle of wine here you must be too picky, lol. They have quite a few aisles of wine to chose from. In fact more than I've seen in any other grocery store.Parking was a non issue in the large shared lot for all the businesses in this fairly large shopping center. The curb outside the main doors is ADA compliant.

Boiled seafood/ corn/potatoes on hot plate.....Please do something about your boiled shrimp. I have purchased it a few times and each time it is so hard to peel a lot of it goes to waste. The corn, Potatoes and shrimp are so spicy hot I had to throw out the corn.

The worst grocery store! I believe they send produce and cheeses that are ready to expire to this location! This is the third time I have bought items that have mold and are rotting. I just moved to North Shore but rather travel a little further for groceries and service. I have heard the Rouses by causeway entrance was much better because manager actually cares.
