Now wonder you don’t hear about Regions, it’s crazy such shady business practices are still in effect with these smaller banks. Had a cashiers check, cash in account but, their “system takes hours” to register the cashier check, so could not do anything but, have to wait for their “system” to know they THE BANK issues check, this is ridiculous. Maybe in the 80’s but, inexcusable for such a long time period especially when accounting finance.

Customer service is hit or miss depending on who you get. Young lady in drive thru on 8/28 at 1:15pm needs more customer service training.

I had to go to the Mandeville Regions bank today to close two accounts (no fault of Regions). They made the process very easy and I was in and out quickly. Thank you for the prompt, professional service.

Will be switching banks next week. We have not been able to login to the app in months and they have no solution. Ridiculous they don't prioritize something like fixing their app so customers can check their accounts easily.

Found one of their customer's credit cards and attempted to call to notify Regions that I had it. Called the phone number on the back of the card. Called the phone number listed on the internet. After being hung up on 8 times by their various phone systems, I finally gave up. I wouldn't deal with this bank because if I lost my card I wouldn't want someone who found it and wanted to do the right thing to be treated this way. I guess this falls under the category of "no good deed goes unpunished". The only reason I gave them one star is because that is as low as I could rate them.

Customer service at this location is terrible. They are very impatient and they quickly rush you off the phone.

Hats off to Paige!! I can not say enough about the time and understanding she just gave me. A potential horrible costly fraudulent event (through Venmo not regions) was handled with respect, concern and most of all understanding..Thank you Regions for having amazing employees like this to make your customers feel like they matter. I have been searching for a new bank for my business account and my personal investments. I know I have found it . Thank you again Paige, it’s a rough time in our country but that didn’t stop you from behind positive, nice and helpful! Your kindness and helpfulness will be shared! Lori G❤️

Worst bank ever in general once a problem goes to "corporate" nothing and I mean nothing can be done . I think I could qualify for a job with them "there is nothing we can do ☺" must be a qualifying phrase.
