Staff was accommodating, results came back fast and I even got to speak with a doctor afterwards via telemedicine free of charge.

Made an appointment at 9:50, used the call me option as the lobby was full. Went back at 10:50 to realize my appointment was gone. I was never called. I had to ambush a tech calling some to get help.
Bring back receptionist the machine sucks so bad and your system of calling is useless.

I scheduled an appointment two days prior to my arrival. When I arrived I was not in the check in machine as having an appointment. The machine offered me my appointment time as the time i was scheduled. Tech did not introduce herself. First stated she couldn't find my insurance in computer, she had the card in her hand. Gave me the machine to sign ! Didn't explain what I was signing. When I inquired she rudely said so we can bill your insurance. NO ONE had on a nametag, which would be very helpful to client. Tech was rude! The tape they use is certainly not medical grade. Always leave a mark on my arm. Not very satisfied! Also I didn't receive my test results via email as I usually do. This visit was wrong on many levels!

Just left after having set up an appt online. In and out in 8 minutes. Ladies were very friendly.

Just left Quest in Mandeville and will never go again. Big black lady there was RUDE and unhelpful.

I'm 18 and this was my fifth time getting my blood drawn and due to terrible past experiences I have developed a severe fear of needles. I've been to Quest Diagnostics Mandeville twice and I've had a great experience both times. After checking in on the kiosk once with an appointment and once without I had minimal waiting time, 5-15 minutes. The ladys who took my blood both times were super nice and where able to find my vein immediately. Normally it's a few minutes of digging around my arm. Both times the blood was taken extremely quickly and efficiently. This place is great and easeedmy fears vastly 5 stars

This was my first time using Quest. I'm making this clear! You deserve -1!!! I had a 12:40pm appointment. I never was seen. Left at 1:15pm. Two workers took longer than 20 minutes each customer. The workers talked/shouted to eachother the whole time. They couldn't tell me when I would be seen. As a business owner myself, get some professional workers in there, who are efficient with their time. I will make sure to tell my doctor of this experience and encourage her to use another company. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ann Sumner Waited almost an hour past my appointment time. Freezing cold in waiting room. Dirty. Messy. No outlet covers on tgr walls. They were not going ti do my bloodwork because it was past my time. Then they were charging me for the lab work. II will never go to a Quest again.

It's like they don't even respect or care about a patients time. You cannot get help by calling ahead and upon arrival don't expect much help then.
