Builder made us use them for our lighting and fans. LIghts were okay but the fans never worked right. The fans were a problem from the beginning-wrong fan blades arrived, ticking sounds, wobbling. They don't stand up to their products. Broken fan and they told me I had to pay an electrician. I am done working with them. They are overpriced and don't provide any help with their overpriced products. I suggest looking around if you have that option.

The most rude salesperson I’ve ever dealt with! She called the next day after we had placed our order and paid for it and said that if we didn’t bring a consent form in stating we acknowledged specialOrders were not refundable she would not place our order!She was extremely condescending!Then after waiting 4 weeks, I called and our order was in, but no one had bothered to contact us.The selection is amazing if you’re willing to deal with some extremely rude sales staff.

Great help for those who fear making a mistake in choosing light fixtures. Lena, my sales lady, was an amazing guide through the herculean tasks of lighting a small retirement home. She had the lighting plans from my builder on file and we went step by step and coordinated a wonderful plan for the whole house. Expert advice on sizes of fixtures appropriate for the space axed my tendency to choose fixtures too small thinking a small house needed small. Of course lighting stores have always been a panic attack trigger because of the endless choices hanging above overwhelming my thoughts. But, this sales lady knew my builder's budget and quizzed me on my taste and guided me toward a delightful plan. The lights are up and are getting rave reviews from construction workers, nosy neighbors, normally critical relatives and my dear practical husband who has a dormant aesthetic gene. I was given pictures in color of all fixtures and this was invaluable on installation day and as a reference for other decor choices. The great news is I was spot on my budget except for adding some light kits for bedroom fans which are not normally done with the modern use of abundant cans in home lighting. The bottom-line is Pine Grove is a cut above any lighting store I have encountered where you are respected as a client regardless of the size of you house or lighting budget.

I've been buying from Pine Grove for 15 years now. Their staff is knowledgable, friendly and and very helpfull. From the sales team up on the sales floor, to the people at the service desk downstairs, mothing but great experiences and service. And they stand behind what they sell.

Nothing I chose was in stock nor available to order. The salesperson assisting me was condescending telling me that my choices were not what she would choose. She then tried to sell me on something radically different from what I wanted. Never setting foot in here again.

Great experience, but when I was waiting in line, seems like everyone knew this gentleman, he was not wearing a mask. Signs on the front door "masks mandatory" don't get it. Great place to do business

Shopped the showroom over a week ago. Selected 5 items to purchase. Needed the sales rep to call manufacturer to determine availability of additional chain needed to hang chandelier in our foyer which is open to 2nd floor. She told us she would call on Monday. As the days passed, we never heard back. I called her twice and my husband stopped in the showroom to inquire about the follow up and each time was told “I’ve been too busy to call manufacturer”. We are so disappointed that our order was not important enough for her to find time in a week to do the requested follow up.
