I get great service but the "rewards" system has yet to produce a reward of any sort. Trying to access my account is a time sink without benefit.

I was pressed for time to get Shower invitations printed and mailed the day before leaving on a week long vacation. When I walked up to the Mandeville store counter at 5;30 pm Cher was very helpful. She said if I could get my image uploaded and the order in online soon they would be ready for pick up tomorrow. Well she was wrong because by 8:30 pm last night I had the invitations in hand and finished addressing them. All I have left to do is mail them. Cher was absolutely wonderful and the invitations came out perfect. Today will be a little less stressful for me because of her!

I was generally statisfied with the Office Depot store visit in Mandeville. The store is well stocked for the school year 2023. Its well stocked for office staples as well. I was shopping for an airdrop portable printer scanner combo after looking online with too many options I decided to visit this store. There were no special techs to help decipher the different model's specs so I ended up not buying the printer. I did go home do more research and purchased the printer I wanted from the Covington location.

Office Depot is definitely a “one stop shop” for all of our home office and classroom needs. They have a broad selection and competitive pricing. Their store associates are always available and knowledgeable. They have an excellent rewards program. They support our military, teachers and the environment. Ask about their recycling program.
