Ainsley Jarrott is amazing. She actually listens and includes the patient in any treatment plans unlike a lot of doctors around here. She’s always ready to think outside the box too for tough cases like me! Absolutely highly recommended endocrinologist.

Lab draw technician was rude and condescending towards the patient blaming him for not providing the front desk with wall in lab orders. Even though the patient informed Ochsner at the time of the appointment that the orders were being brought in. I wouldn’t trust the employees here. Find another lab draw site for quicker more respectful services.

Dr Pray was very caring and did a wonderful job with a thorough exam. Loved that I could have all my labs and chest X-ray done immediately at the same location. The scheduling nurse was fantastic and helped me set up two follow up appointments. The following morning I got a call from Dr Pray to let me know the results of my blood work and X-ray and we talked about next steps. I could not be happier with this doctor, this facility and support staff.

I saw Dr. Erica Sjunnesen at Ochsner Health Center - Mandeville. Dr. Sjunnesen took her time to talk with me and understand my concerns. The clinic itself is clean and updated and the staff were very friendly. There is a lab onsite so I was able to do all my blood work immediately after my appointment and received my results quickly. Overall a great experience!

Kind nurses, decent staff, and the doctor I saw was very kind and informative. The place was clean. My only complaint would be that they are still enforcing the “mask” issue.

I've been seeing Chris Uhl for over a year now and he is the best! He is extremely kind and understanding of my concerns and offers different therapeutic options to work through and try together. He never seems in a rush or preoccupied. He creates a comfortable and accepting environment and I'd recommend him to anyone struggling with mental health or in need of some guidance! Thank you Chris!!

I have been to Christopher three times now. Each time he complained about my wanting a written prescription. He first told me they didn’t have any printer paper and once I told him the military pharmacy requires a written prescription for controlled substances he then found prescription paper. On the first and second visits he printed my prescriptions. Now that I need another prescription printed he tells me he can’t. It took days for him to get back to me to tell me this, and only because I kept contacting him! So my prescription has expired and he is forcing me to find a way of getting prescriptions where I will have to pay for them; FYI, the military gets prescriptions filled on base for free, that’s part of our benefits for our service to this country. So my question is, what provider puts off his patient, making me continually contact him and point out that the Oshner app shows me when he last read my message while putting me off. Further, what provider does not have the ability to write a paper prescription. In 19 years of getting prescriptions filled on base I have never met a provider that could not, or would not, provide a written prescription!

One day, this office was very receptive and explained the referral process I would need to complete in order to schedule an appointment. After an afternoon of calls, I secured the referral. Today when I called back, I was refused an appointment. Ridiculous bureaucracy that did not assist in any way with mental health except giving me a headache.
