“So after dealing with the terrible store in hanmond they sent me over to Mandeville because they said they couldn’t take my equipment swap out and I’d have tu UPS it or go to Mandeville because their system was down. Turns out it wasn’t but I’m glad they sent me here because Caden was great!! I explained everything that happened and he was so polite and courteous. Spectrum is lucky to have that guy because his customer service etiquette went above and beyond. I was literally about to just up and cancel spectrum after what happens with hammond. They wouldnt even give me info on the Mandeville store. Told me and my husband if I needed something to google it. Well I’ll never go back to them again. Mandeville though, y’all are all aces in my book. I’ll probably do online shopping but if anything I need is in store I’ll be back to Mandeville. Thanks Caden!!”

“I love this place. They are so easy to deal with! They repair quickly and you can drop in for repairs without an appointment. They replaced my son’s screen and we still had issues so they ended up replacing it again with no charge.”
