We had to put our childhood cat down and each staff member we met was kind, attentive, and compassionate. They gave us the time we needed to grieve and were very respectful of our wishes. Very grateful for how they handled everything.

The way we were treated was beyond amazing. It felt like not only was Abby (my pet baby) taken care of but they had so much compassion for us as her people. By the time we left we knew everyone by name. They were so kind to us. Abby was very touch and go, and there were multiple times we didn't know if she would make it, but her care team never gave up! They gave her the same exceptional care regardless of her prognosis and they never stopped giving us updates on every single change, good or bad. It was a transformative experience as far as pet care goes and I will forever be grateful to this team for saving her life and for giving us such kind and thoughtful care. The front desk too. They were always ready with a kind word, a compassionate emotional response or a smile. They watched our rollercoaster with Abby's fragile state and always showed us such love and support. Whatever the formula is at MedVet it's perfect. I know it's the people. Compassionate team of doctors, nurses, and staff. I also am incredibly appreciative of how transparent the care is. If I wanted to see her I was always welcome. If I asked for a picture they would send me on. I even heard them hold a phone up for another person's pet so that her mom could talk to her. It was so touching.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate not only the amazing doctors that work here but, the whole staff. Our 11 year old pit Athena had to be suddenly rushed here the night before we got back from Disney. Her prognoses was not good. The vet sat on the phone with me and explained everything to me. She listened to me cry on the phone, sympathized with me, and assured me she would do everything to make sure that we got to see our girl again. Thankfully they were able to keep her not only alive, but comfortable. Till we got there early morning to be with her. She went peacefully knowing how loved she truly was with her family at her side. I will never ever be able to thank them enough for giving me that time with my baby girl. I don’t know how I would have ever lived knowing she left this world alone. Luckily thanks to this vet and their amazing staff I never have to.

The staff go above and beyond! My scared, little scavenger -- recently adopted Lab mix -- walked right in. I explained her inexplicable attraction to metal and plastic and requested an x-ray. I'm so thankful that she behaved well and nothing foreign was found in reviewing films. Thanks so much to everyone (intake, techs, and vets) for your patience with her!

We referred to Dr. Doyle after our dog started having complications from a previous surgery performed by a different surgeon. Our experience with the previous surgeon was awful and we weren’t comfortable entrusting her with the care of our dog again. I was blown away by the night and day difference between not only the care my dog received but by the overall demeanor of Dr. Doyle and his staff. He’s very personable and it’s clear he cares about his patients rather than running an assembly line operation. He called to check on her and made himself available to us 24/7 in case we had any questions or any issues arose. My dog’s recovery was so much easier this time around as well. Thank you, Dr. Doyle and staff for taking such great care of my pup!!

I consulted with a knowledgeable, caring oncologist. She answered all of my questions, did not make me feel rushed, and was concerned about my dog (Jessie). Jessie was shaking and scared, but the doctor was patient and helped to calm her down. The doctor was gentle and kind to Jessie. I appreciated the medical advice, and the options she explained to me in a way I could understand. Highly recommend MedVet.

I came in a worried dog mom to Annabelle just not herself. I met the techs and staff and Dr. Brittany McDonald and they reassured me I was doing everything I could to keep her happy and healthy. Dr McDonald sat and talked to me after Annabella vitals were all fine and as I told her about her we realized she may have back pain and she checked and was right on the nose. She is going home feeling better with medicine and some recovery time with no jumping. You guys have no idea the level of care you provide! Your amazing and I’m very thankful I came to you.

Cannot say enough good things about Medvet and the care they provided to my Banks. He was treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Medvet provides exceptional medicine and makes you feel like family the whole time. Huge thanks to Dr. Cody Doyle and the surgery, ICU and emergency teams for taking care of my dude.
