“My visit was wonderful. I had an appointment for later but went just after they opened from lunch and no other patients were there. Let the woman at the desk know my appointment wasn't until later but she said it was fine. I checked in on the kiosk and went to sit down, immediately was called to verify labwork. They brought me to the back, performed the blood draw perfectly, and I was finished. Took 15 minutes and the woman who did it all was so sweet and funny. Highly recommend going in the afternoons.”

“I'm 18 and this was my fifth time getting my blood drawn and due to terrible past experiences I have developed a severe fear of needles. I've been to Quest Diagnostics Mandeville twice and I've had a great experience both times. After checking in on the kiosk once with an appointment and once without I had minimal waiting time, 5-15 minutes. The ladys who took my blood both times were super nice and where able to find my vein immediately. Normally it's a few minutes of digging around my arm. Both times the blood was taken extremely quickly and efficiently. This place is great and easeedmy fears vastly 5 stars”

“We are overwhelmed with all, to have Mr Todd and his staff at ArcPoint Labs!! Our son has to have Autologous Serum Tears which are made from your blood. We usually had to make an appointment, travel into Metairie to the Drs office, check in, wait for the prescription, walk a great distance, sometimes in bad weather conditions, to the labs at the hospital, wait to have blood drawn, then bring the vials of blood back to Drs office. After giving the blood to a staff member, it was 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait, sometimes longer, for them to be made, then we had to see the Dr just to get the drops in a ziplock bag. We had to make sure that we had an insulated bag with cold packs to keep cold for a 1 1/2-2 hour drive home as the have to stay cold. You refrigerate the one bottle you are using, while others go in the freezer when you get home, to keep them preserved and thaw as needed for severe dry eyes. These drops are cheaper than all the prescriptions, plus over counter meds and are way much better protecting his corneas and helps heal them when they have abrasions and are helping with the healing of a perforated cornea that we pray it heals completely due to severity of his condition. Now thanks to Dr Sataya Reddy, finding ArcPoint Labs that opened in Covington, Mr Todd and his Staff are our go too and amazing. We leave Dr Reddy’s office, drive right around the corner, give the prescription, no appointment needed, so we walk right in with being greeted with upmost respect, his blood is drawn, no wait at all the times we have been and an hour later the drops are done, come in a nice separated foam holder with an insulated bag with cold packs every time, so we are on our way home not 6 hours or more later with all secured without us doing anything. We love not only how much more convenient with saving time in all ways, not having to make appointments, it’s one location, not costing to see a Dr just for him to give you the serum tears, it’s also not wearing us down going all around and we have courtesy people!! Mr Todd and his staff have given us the ultimate upmost respect, care, give their all in every way possible going above and beyond expectations. They have even called to check in on our son due to his medical condition!! What more can we ask for or be grateful for?? Nothing!! You can’t find more hospitality in my eyes, out of 7 years of having to go through this process!! It’s worth more that can be said, expected and written for Mr Todd along with his staff at ArcPoint Labs. We cannot thank him and his staff enough, from the bottom of our hearts for going above and beyond!! We have the best of the best in all now that blesses us completely!!”

“Mrs. Ala was very polite, courteous and professional on my visit today. I had been in an accident earlier and was requested by my employer to submit a urine screen for insurance purposes. Mrs. Ala was concerned about my well being and safety after the incident and was thankful it was not worse. She walked me through the process from start to finish with a smile on her face. “Our ped sent orders here for our infants blood draw. The staff was kind, helpful and curious. The nurse who drew the labs did a wonderful job! Our wait time was very minimal. My only concern is there didn't appear to be a separation for ill and well patients. As I was in the lobby I overheard staff asking a gentleman what he was being tested for, he replied RSV. Otherwise, I'd give it a solid 5 stars. I wish more nurses drew labs as accurate, patient and promptly as our nurse did today.”
