I reserved a 10x10 climate controlled unit but when I got there the first day, my gate code didn’t work, finally got in the gate but there was a locked padlock on my unit so I had to wait til the next day(which was frustrating). The next morning I was finally able to access the unit but it was a narrow L shape and definitely wouldn’t have worked. I brought this to Tabitha’s attention and she kindly swapped my unit and even honored the original price all while continuously smiling. She was a pleasure to deal with which made such a difference in my experience because I was already aggravated. She changed my opinion in just a few short minutes. If it weren’t for her kindness I would’ve requested my money back and went somewhere else. Thank you Tabitha!

Everyone here was friendly, as we were incoming and outgoing( Thank you Mrs. Savannah!).
Very professional communication & helpful in guiding me when we rented the unit.
We had sold property in the area last Fall. Mandeville Self Storage was the easy choice for us to move our property contents to as a temporary place to keep it safe until we could arrange a return trip to collect everything to move to a final destination. The move in special with lock was perfect!
The exit plan we communicated to the Storage staff( Mrs. Tabitha, always awesome!) was received & our end of stay paperwork was quickly sent to us to sign. They communicated clearly the latest date we had to avoid any further billing, which was easy enough since we loaded out 5 days early on the 1rst.
Returning the unit to the condition we took it in, sweeping it out & calling the next morning to let the office know that we were out was perfect.
Our reason for leaving was that our property needed to be moved to another State to be close to our home. Though, the storage rates had recently increased a little, we were in the process of considering the move out already for our convenience!
