Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Rude and incompetent. Employees talking about me while I'm present, late on service and extremely rude...basically told me my bed comforter was too big that she wouldn't have agreed to do it if she had known. Well unless she was blind,not sure how that's possible when I put it on the counter,she charged me $27 and took it off with her own hands. Really dirty place too with peoples laundry sitting in piles in front of door

We have used Magnolia Cleaners for years. The prices are low, and we know that our clothes are cleaned as requested, buttons are replaced and nothing has been lost.

Any time I've needed to use dry cleaning they've been wonderful! Everything is always super clean. The staff is wonderful!

WARNING CUSTOMERS!!!!!Went there today and in total their unserviced POS machines took a total of $5.75 from me. The staff said they would not refund any of my money. There was just as many nonworking machines as working. Many with no signs that they were out of order. Even one of the pinball machine flippers didn't work... wasting more of my money. I will never do business there again.

I used their laundromat. What a pit! The place is unattended, floors and machines are filthy, many machines are broken, and the place just feels disgusting. Unfortunately it's the only laundromat in the area. The only positives are that it is cheap and the clothes do get clean. I would rather go somewhere else.
