I was looking for a dress during the Lilly Pulitzer summer sale. it was sold out on the website, so I was fortunate enough to get re-directed to the Palm Village store. Lillie answered the phone and was a sweetheart. She called three other stores and was able to find the dress for me. I highly recommend this store - excellent customer service! The Birthday Girl

The sweetest staff! I live in Kentucky and the LP main website had run out of an item I wanted. I've heard about the Palm Village stores and decided to call them and see if they had the item; at this point it was the last few hours of Lilly's Summer Sale. They answered the phone after their business hours, happily looked for the item, and placed the order. Amazing and super sweet staff! 10/10 would recommend.

I went in today with all intentions of buying everything I wanted because I don't have a Lilly close to me. No one addressed.me or asked if I needed help. I asked to have something checked on and it was clearly a chore to do that. I just haven't experienced this before. I get they were busy, but just because I'm not a local doesn't mean I know what I want. I went online and ordered.

Had the best experience yesterday calling the store! They were able to find a dress on sale in my size for me during the crazy APS sale. So thankful for the employees who took the time to look for me, and ring me up over the phone later that afternoon. I can’t remember her name, but the employee who rang me up was the sweetest. Thanks again!
