Very upset that I needed to return my shoes that I purchased just the day prior to me trying to return them, I had my receipt and the box they came in. They refused my refund because they said these sandals were on sale and they don't do refunds on sale items in which I don't call a pair of sandals sell price when you pay $100 for them!! I do not recommend this store that's in Hammond to anyone

I went in to try shoes on and none of the employees greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I made eye contact with multiple employees and none acknowledged me. I walked around the store several times before I decided to walk out. I’m disappointed because it looked like they had a good selection.

Went looking for a comfortable pair of work shoes. Mr Jerome knew exactly the type of shoe I needed by looking at my feet. After purchasing two pair of Hoka’s and wearing them for the past two weeks, I should have been wearing them all along. Great shoe selection and knowledgeable people. I will definitely return in the future.

This store sells high quality shoes, not cheap shoes. That said, here you can find wide sizes, well cushioned and supportive footware. Your feet and legs are the foundation, if you neglect your feet, you’re dead. They also have high-fashion shoes.

Have been going to Joe’s Shoe Store for years. They have a huge selection of quality shoes of all kinds. Jerome is one of the most helpful and friendliest staff member there. He’s very knowledgeable and will put you in the perfect shoe for your needs. Great location too.

Absolutely no help when I presented a prescription from a Covington podiatrist. Clerk could barely lift his elbows off the counter. I had to search for the recommended shoes myself. Didn't offer any assistance with fit or stock. I left with nothing. Went to Varsity Sports in Mandeville and received excellent service, and a discount.

Marianna was amazing.This was some of the best customer service I have received since moving to Covington.She was so kind and patient and was determined to help me find the right shoe for our up coming trip to Universal.She was also very knowledgeable in all the shoes she showed me.Oh and the selection of shoes are top notch!Great experience!

100% excellent service. Wife went in and had so many people offering to help. Owner walked in and even thanked her. Don’t go to Hibbets. Waste of money.

I went to Joe's 20 minutes ago. July 22. no one wants to talk to me.I found the shoes I wanted but still no one awknoledge me. So I did not buy anything. I'm a Hispanic looking Asian.

The last several experiences that I have had here have been awful. Will not be back! I have frequented this place for many years, buying a lot of shoes from them. The young girls working in here do not acknowledge you but yet follow you around. At least if you are going to follow people around offer your help. Will take my business elsewhere until your staff grows up!
