I was in the area for a week for week. The owners were very very responsive and went out of their way to set me up with a week pass. Only regret is that this isn’t my “home” gym. I’ve been to gyms across the country and this is a gem

Open to all serious lifters from beginner to expert. Chalk friendly and geared lifters welcome. Trainer friendly with coordination through management. No cardio machines. Only gym on the north shore with a mono-lift. Its been a year since my last review. I get more impressed with this place every time I go. Its all about getting better with focus, form and technique. Its a place where you can grunt when you lift and not feel like you're intimidating someone. The only thing you're going to hear is "good job" and here's a couple things to focus on to improve your form. It's really cool to see a place where women and men lifters working out in the same group to become their best self. Its all about getting better and with that many serious lifters in one place, you get a heck of a lot of "free" fitness direction from folks who compete and stay injury free. The gym is never crowded often you may have it to yourself. Monday/Wednesday evenings and Saturday/Sunday mornings are the busiest and then its only 5-10.

Diamond in the rough. If you're serious about lifting there really isn't any other gym that comes close to this one in the area.

Working in the area and needed a workout and could not have found a better gym. The owners are awesome and offer assistance and knowledge when you come in the door. Looking forward to my next visit.

Best experience I've ever had at a gym. Visited from college and needed a gym for a couple days and this was the only place that would let me workout without a local ID. Great people and a great envirnment if you're serious about the gym.

Great lifting gym ! I usually visit family in Mandeville a couple times per year and have been struggling to find a decent gym that would allow me to do a temp membership. Joe was awesome! Met me same day as I called, set up my membership and showed me how everything worked. Tons of different grip bars, power racks, bands, machines, prowlers, foam rollers etc, plus you can play your own music on the stereo. U get a keycard that works 24/7 which was super convenient especially around the holidays when most places have limited hours.

Best gym on the northshore. Craig, Joe, Dave and Melissa are engaged, willing to help and have a wealth of knowledge about powerlifting and lifting in general. If you are a powerlifter everything you need is here. If you are a lifter at all everything you need is here. Excellent facility, members and location.
