“First time staying here, and it was awesome! I love the cozy, quaint rooms. There is so much style and character here. I haven't slept so well in a week, and I slept 10 hours at this hotel! The beds are incredibly comfortable ! Shawna, the manager, was so nice and friendly. We will definitely come back here again! Thank you for an awesome stay!
Safety: Very safe spot, abita springs in general is very safe!

“2024.05 - My only worthy observation about ALL the Holiday Inns now is no more large/sheet bath towels. It takes two of the bath towels now to dry off this old body.
The buffet breakfast is always wonderful and just enough. The room was clean and comfortable.

Walkability: My husband and I are big into walking around the hotel. This one was located near some malls and had great parking lots to walk our dinners off!”
“This is a favorite place for my wife and I. The rooms overlooking the pool were perfect for our birthday weekend getaway. Mrs Linda is such a great host and very attentive to all of your needs. Even though you are close to the downtown area, when you are in the backyard pool area, you feel miles away from everything. Walking distance to some great restaurants and really cool antique shops/boutique stores.”

“The overall stay wasn’t bad at all the beds were clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was the inside of the shower curtain was dirty. It had some dark stains on it that I couldn’t make out what it was. Other than that everything was good the highlight for me was breakfast!!! The restaurant they have inside is wonderful. Highly recommend trying the food out before you go somewhere else to dine out.Food & drinks: Definitely try out the restaurant inside”

“This hotel is very clean, the room smelled fresh, breakfast was delicious and the front desk service Natasha was easy to work with. She filled us in on where the best restaurants, ice cream, and shopping which was close by. Starbucks right down the street was a huge plus! Overall it was a great experience ?”

“Great stay. Great location. Great room, great customer service, and the best egg white fritatta with arugula and avocado. The beds were comfortable, and pillows were ok, but better when I got some foam pillows. Great gathering area for business in the lobby with lots of tech areas for laptops and such. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well kept, Didnt use the gym, but it looked well appointed. Loved the wonderful clean and relaxing scent in the air throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay all week.”

“Basic Hilton Garden Inn. Front desk personnel are super nice, both check in and check out. Breakfast buffet was not the norm, no cook to order food available. For $13pp it was similar to a Hampton Inn breakfast without the waffles. We picked this hotel over the Hampton Inn (just down the street), specifically for the breakfast so this was a little disappointing.
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants within a short drive. Walmart 6 minute drive.”
“Front desk was amazing. Rooms were larger then expected. Bang for your buck for sure. Little out dated but the bed was comfortable. Couch wasn’t too comfortable and carpet has some stains but it’s not like I am eating off the floor”
“I’m at this hotel now and so far, I like it!l It is casual but nice , the people who work here are friendly, it’s clean, it’s a good location and next to a great hibachi place I just ordered from and it was delicious! I do recommend!”

“My GPS took me to the tourist center instead of the hotel. I called to get directions. Joann at the front desk answered and readily gave me directions. I arrived and she greeted me, "you must be Julie! I am Joann." Joann was super helpful and friendly! I would recommend the Comfort Suites because of the customer service and location!”
