Clean and staff is very friendly & professional. I was able to access my unit 24/7. When it was time to move out, I called the week before. No 1 month notice, no catches.

Probably the best storage facility I've ever rented from! Clean, safe, and friendly service. And always a big help when needed - especially Ray, he's truly a sweetheart. Their prices are very reasonable. I've been having a 10x10 unit for nearly 12 yrs now and haven't had one problem. My rate was only increased by $17 once. Within the next few months I'll be renting another unit from them even though I'm no longer living in Mandeville.

Definitely a 5 star rating!! Alway clean safe and secure even at 0 dark 30!! Great customer service when you need it ( forgetting your code! Highly recommend!

Clean, safe and secure! I had a unit at the Mandeville location for 5 years. The place was always clean and secured. Never felt unsafe there even on some visits in the middle of the night for whatever obscure possession I needed. Ray and the team there were always kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance from the office with anything. I would definitely recommend Fort Knox and the Mandeville team to anyone needing climate controlled storage.

Excellent storage facility. Staff is very kind and friendly. Only thing is they don't let pods on the premises. That made it more difficult to move across states.

Used multiple units with them for 11 months with no problems. Ray very friendly and helpful. Location quite convenient and never a long wait for the elevator. Items remained safe and secure during entire rental. Would definitely recommend.
