They're crooks. Sold me a lemon. The motor went out and they're fake warranty didn't cover.

I am shocked by some of the reviews. However used cars have issues because they are used, they will have wear and tear. When you buy a car at an auction to sell on any lot, you are unable to do a full inspection at the time and most are now online with limited visibility to how well it runs or the cosmetic details etc. It is wise to have a nearby mechanic look it over perhaps on a test drive to see how it checks out before purchase. Warranties are recommended with any used vehicle as a safe keeping for unexpected issues. The dealer is not trying to rip anyone off with selling a car with unforseen issues that may arise which would be very bad for business. The owner does fix issues on cars before they are listed for sale and price is adjusted for additional cost of repairs. I know first hand about this. He has a good heart and has been successful in the car business a long time helping people get approved with good or bad credit. Ask for their lead salesperson Mr. ROY with your next purchase.

Do not buy from these people. I was looking for a reliable car for my disabled brother-in-law and they sold me a car with serious mechanical problems and said "it didn't have any problems when you drove off the lot." A week and 200 miles later the window mechanism failed, camshaft sensor failed, car overheated and engine died. My mechanic told me both engine valve covers and gaskets were previously replaced and installed improperly and because of that the engine had overheated and damaged head gaskets before I bought the car.Oh yeah, I was sold a "warranty". It was useless because the warranty company told me the vehicle was already damaged when I bought it, and therefore the dealer was responsible. Of course, this dealer denies any responsibility.

I would focus on the vehicle more than the sales people. Ray becomes angry easily and yes he will drive by your house.

Do not buy a vehicle from them. They will put Lucas oil treatment in the vehicles to cover up any noises and by the time you get home or the next day, you will find issues. The warranty they offer will be no good when you go to use it because the warranty company will tell you how the vehicle was already damaged previous and the dealership knew before selling.“It’s like having $1500 in your back pocket” .. until you find out that the warranty is completely useless and won’t cover anything because the engine is bad ?I bought a truck to use as a 2nd work truck. The truck was great, until the next day I’m going to have it maintenanced like you should all used cars. Then the engine knock comes on and hear it stay after unless you do what they did to cover the knock. The engine will need to be replaced.
